Skin Care, Makeup and Hair!

As a stylist, I am totally guilty of looking at women’s appearance no matter where I go. I really can't help but notice women that really stand out in a crowd and those who don't. Don't get me wrong there are some fierce sisters out and about amongst the DMV area and especially when I go back home to Dallas, but there are some who just don't get it. When I say a finished...

I know that buying hair is an investment so I want to shed some light on the good, the bad and the ugly. LOL! I will list my favorite human hair, by brand, textures, and types. My Grandmother's Old Fashion Back Wood Remedies

Growing up with a grandmother that was raised in the backwoods of Louisiana, most of her solutions to common problems were all-natural. Not because it was the IT thing to do like it seems today, but because that is the only resource they had. Growing up we made light of some of the concoctions thinking they were so primitive and silly. We only wanted store-bought solutions to whatever we needed to be resolved. I mean all the hocus pocus, oil,...
