Distributor Policy

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Marcella Ellis Distributor. This guide outlines the policies, expectations, and requirements for distributing our premium hair care products and extensions to salons, barbershops, cosmetology schools, and day spas.

We offer four tiered distributor packages based on the size of your sales territory. The Starter Package is $500 and includes $500 worth of inventory, granting rights to a 20-salon territory. The City Package is $900 with an equal inventory value and provides exclusive distribution rights across an entire city. For broader reach, the County Package is $1,500 and covers an entire county, while the State Package, priced at $2,200, gives you full distribution rights across an entire state, with inventory included at equal value. Each package includes branded marketing materials, product education guides, and exclusive access to our wholesale ordering portal.

Distributors are granted exclusive rights to sell Marcella Ellis products within their purchased territory. These territories include:

• 20-Salon Territory: A designated cluster of 20 verified salons, spas, barbershops, or schools.

• City Territory: Entire city jurisdiction and all qualifying businesses within.

• County Territory: Full rights to distribute throughout a designated county.

• State Territory: Exclusive distribution rights within the entire state.

Distributors are expected to maintain active relationships with the businesses in their territory, offer customer support, and ensure product education.

To maintain exclusive rights to a designated territory, distributors must meet monthly minimum sales requirements based on their package level. The minimums are as follows: 100 bundles for a 20-salon territory, 250 bundles for a city, 600 bundles for a county, and 1,000 bundles for a state. A "bundle" refers to one unit of Marcella Ellis hair extensions or the equivalent value in other hair care products.

Failure to meet the monthly minimum for two consecutive months will result in the loss of territory exclusivity, which may then be reassigned to another distributor. You may continue selling products as a general distributor, but without territorial protection.

Reinstatement of territory exclusivity is subject to:

Availability of the territory

A new purchase of inventory at the appropriate level

Approval by Marcella Ellis Distribution Management

Distributor contracts are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

Contracts are renewable annually based on performance.

Contracts may be terminated for cause, including but not limited to:

Violation of guidelines

Unauthorized discounting or redistribution

Brand misrepresentation

Non-payment or misconduct

Distributors must adhere to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies set by Marcella Ellis to protect brand value.

Unauthorized discounting or undercutting is prohibited and may result in contract termination.

Marketing materials and promotions must be brand-approved.

Marcella Ellis provides:

• Customer service guidelines

• Marketing materials and seasonal campaigns

• Optional add-on training includes:

• In-person sales coaching

• Advanced territory strategy workshops

• Digital marketing bootcamps

Orders are placed via the distributor portal.
