Who Can Apply:

Must have an active cosmetology or barber license and business location

Retailer Expectations
Distributor contracts are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
Contracts are renewable annually based on performance.
Contracts may be terminated for cause, including but not limited to:

Violation of guidelines

Unauthorized discounting or redistribution

Brand misrepresentation

Non-payment or misconduct
Grounds for Termination
Distributors must adhere to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies set by Marcella Ellis to protect brand value. Unauthorized discounting or undercutting is prohibited and may result in contract termination. Marketing materials and promotions must be brand-approved.
