Salon Retailer Policy: Hair

We invite salons, suites, and licensed beauty professionals to become part of our national salon retailer network — offering bundles, tape-ins, k-tip extensions, and HD wigs that your clients will love.

Our exclusive Platinum Salon Partner Program includes hands-on training, retail support, and the opportunity to scale your business with one of the fastest-growing hair brands in the industry.

Salons that meet monthly sales and retail display requirements qualify as Platinum Partners and receive:

• Promotional Materials & Branded Displays

Who Can Apply:

• Licensed hair salons, barber salons, suite owners, and certified beauty professionals

• Must have an active cosmetology or barber license and business location

Required Documents:

• Copy of salon or stylist license

• Business Tax ID (if applying for wholesale tax exemption)

• Business address and social media handles

• Photos of salon retail or service space (optional but encouraged)

• Suite Owner

  • Opening Order Minimum: $500

  • Inventory: Mixed extensions & tools

• Small Salon (1–3 chairs)

  • Opening Order Minimum: $750

  • Inventory: Mixed bundles, wigs, tape-ins

• Medium–Large Salon

  • Opening Order Minimum: $1,200+

  • Inventory: Full extension collection

• Reorder Minimum: $250

• Order Frequency: Every 30–60 days recommended

• Shipping: 2–5 business days standard, expedited available

• Returns/Exchanges: Only on defective products (see policy for details)

Distributor contracts are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

Contracts are renewable annually based on performance.

Contracts may be terminated for cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of guidelines

• Unauthorized discounting or redistribution

• Brand misrepresentation

• Non-payment or misconduct

Distributors must adhere to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies set by Marcella Ellis to protect brand value. Unauthorized discounting or undercutting is prohibited and may result in contract termination. Marketing materials and promotions must be brand-approved.
