Shipping Policy

• Order Fulfillment: All orders are processed through our Amazon storefront. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Shipping Times: Shipping speed is determined at checkout and varies by location and shipping method.

• Delivery Issues: If your package is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please email us at admin@marcellaellis.com with your order details for support.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition to qualify for a return.

• No exceptions will be made for used or damaged products.

• Returns initiated after 15 days will not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• All returns must be approved and processed directly through our team.

To initiate a return:

1. Email admin@marcellaellis.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
