Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet all of the following:

• The return request is made within 15 days of the delivery date

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition

• You provide your order number and reason for return

• You receive return authorization from our team before sending the item back

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

1. Email us at admin@marcellaellis.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

2. If your return is approved, we will send return instructions and a return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

4. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

We do not offer refunds on:

• Used or opened products

• Items returned after the 15-day window

• Products not purchased directly through marcellaellisproducts.com or our official Amazon store

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email admin@marcellaellis.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
