High-quality bundles are an investment, and like anything valuable, they require proper care. When treated right, virgin hair bundles can last for months—and even be reused for multiple installs. Follow these simple tips to keep your Marcella Ellis bundles looking brand new.

1. Wash Regularly (But Gently)

Use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Always wash in a downward motion to avoid tangling. Don’t rub or pile the hair when washing—treat it like you would your own.

2. Limit Heat Use

Excessive heat styling can reduce the lifespan of your bundles. If you must use heat, always apply a heat protectant spray and avoid high temperatures.

3. Brush from Bottom to Top

Start at the ends and work your way up using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush. This reduces breakage and preserves the bundle’s structure.

4. Wrap at Night

Use a satin bonnet, silk scarf, or braid your bundles before bed to prevent friction and tangles while you sleep.

5. Avoid Heavy Oils and Greasy Products

A lightweight serum or leave-in conditioner is enough to add shine without causing buildup. Avoid applying products directly to the weft or track area.

Bonus Tip:

If you plan to reuse your bundles, deep condition them between installs and let them air dry fully before storing.

Great hair is not just about the install—it’s about the care.
