4-Week Wig Making Certification Program - 2026 Classes

Location:
Online via Zoom or in-person at select salon locations, salon suites, or classrooms (based on class size).

Time:
Sundays, 12 PM – 4 PM, for 4 weeks

Custom schedules are created after registration has been completed. 

What You’ll Learn:

Creating Hand-made Wigs: Learn how to make multiple hand-made wigs using closures and frontals with different dimensions for various looks.

Measuring and Fitting Techniques: Master the art of measuring and fitting wigs to ensure they fit perfectly and look natural.

Solutions for Hair Loss: Understand how to provide solutions for clients with minor to severe hair loss using wigs.

Attachment Techniques: Learn how to attach wigs securely and comfortably for your clients.

Hair Selection: Choose the right hair type, texture, and color to match your client’s needs.

Maintenance, Repair, and Removal: Learn how to properly maintain, repair, and safely remove wigs.

In Addition:

Theory and Troubleshooting: Learn how to troubleshoot common wig-making issues and problem-solve for all hair types.

Comprehensive Client Consultation: Understand how to effectively consult with clients on their wig needs, including pricing, maintenance, and care.

What You Need:
Mannequin head with stand, combs, pen, notepad, and the necessary tools for the techniques. In addtion the student training kit must be purchased for the class.

All Students Receive:

Certification upon completion

Ongoing technical support via email

Register at least one month in advance to ensure time for gathering materials and shipping kits. Last-minute registrations are not accepted.
