Cancellation Policy
Thank you for supporting our student stylists! To ensure the best experience for all of our guests, please review and agree to the following booking policy before your appointment: Appointments Required All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed service. Supervised Student Work All services are performed by students in training and supervised by a licensed master stylist. Service times may be longer than a typical salon visit. Arrival Time Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in your appointment being rescheduled or shortened. Deposit Policy A $5 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit. No-shows may be required to pay in full for future bookings. Refund Policy As services are provided by students for training purposes at a discounted rate, all services are final sale. No refunds will be given once a service is completed. Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to illness, please contact us to reschedule. Payment Methods Accepted We accept Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, and Card. Full payment is due at the end of the service. By booking with The School of Cosmetic Arts, you agree to these terms.
